The two Organizations above are pleased to announce that they have joined forces, to deliver a new range of Services for Businesses in the Vancouver area, in an International Strategic Alliance, using the “Working in Partnership” approach

It is a very interesting development, as the new Services are a combination of Similar and Complementary Business Philosophies and Skills, from different Business Backgrounds and Cultures

The new Organization is a combination of Canadian and European Business Experience and Culture, with the resulting Services offered being the best of both, aimed at satisfying various Business Needs, and tailored to suit Markets in Vancouver, BC and Canada

The New Services focus on Benchmarking against World Class criteria for Market positioning and Strategic Planning; Gap Analysis for Business Improvement Programmes; and S.W.O.T. (a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis) for Growth Strategies. These Services will lead any Business to:

• The Rationale for Building a Business Vision, (which can be facilitated by Covecor & HBL)
• The Creation of a Business Plan, (which can be expeditiously prepared by Covecor & HBL, thus saving a possible 3-400 hours of work for a Business)
