Sound Supervision

Introduction

You will find a multitude of difficult issues, that as a New supervisor you will have to deal with and some may be major challenges.

Standards, discipline, work standards, training, politics, union agreements, motivation of staff, entering a different role with management, customers and staff.

That list alone may be an enormous challenge!

The Sound Supervision Programme will address these and other issues with the facilitator, who will be an individual with many years experience in the field, dealing with the real thing, and will lead the group through the programme, utilizing interaction with the participants, round table analysis and working with examples that may come from the participants themselves.

Participants will develop their confidence and have the ability to return to the workplace ready to take on their role of supervisor with enthusiasn and effectiveness.

Sound Supervision is a part of a group of seminars and workshops that base themselves on the principle of setting a strong foundation from which to grow.

The programme will ready staff with the knowledge, work habits and service attitude, which will allow them to be effective, to the mutual benefit of the company that they work for, the customers, and themselves.

- Tools For the Supervisor
- What to Do and How to Do It
- Roadblocks presented by staff, circumstances and ????

The enrolment for each seminar is limited as the group will be interactive with discussions and round table sessions addressing issues that are identified as being of current importance to each group and the segment of the industry that they will be working in.
